Forms and patterns

We use the following equipment in our automated forming lines:

• Thyssen Henschel grapple used to remove castings from the pouring line.
  
• Automatic materials separation for Line 1 and 2 using a Künkel/Wagner magnetic drum
  
• Scheuch dry baghouse dust collector
  

Our hand pouring production uses the following equipment, among others:

• Wöhr mixer with a capacity of 15 tons per hour. Molding box production with furan resin bonded sand.
  
• Two Abus cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons
  
• Two Demag cranes with a lifting capacity of 6,5 and 10 tons
