We are also happy to provide machining and finishing of castings as well as providing you with complete logistics solutions for your goods.
Design and construction consultation
The foundation of a computer controlled production process is the creation of products using CAD. When working with Olsberg to create your castings, the geometry of the part as well as the requirements and demands of the specific materials and production techniques are all established during the development phase. This critical process is where Olsberg’s expertise and long experience really shines; a process where, together, we create the best casting available to meet your needs.
Simulation
In order to optimize your castings by achieving maximum durability and rigidity with minimal material and scrap, we often take advantage of solidification simulations and feeding system simulations.

Machining
According to your wishes, castings can be supplied with partial or complete machining. The following services are offered in house and/or in conjunction with an outside partner.
Surface Preparation
Olsberg offers the following surface preparations:
- Priming
- Enameling
- Painting (in partnership with an outside firm)
Priming takes place in our Brilon works.
Enameling of parts up to approximately 10 kg is done at our Königshütte works.
Logistics Solutions
Olsberg offers its customers a wide range of logistics solutions including Just-in-Time solutions.
